Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
2:00 pm is check in time 10:00 am is check out time
Q: What are the reception hours?
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm Saturday: 8:30am - 12pm Sunday and Public Holidays: CLOSED If arriving outside office hours please contact reception prior to arrival to receive after hours instructions.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Yes, please contact reception to obtain entry codes.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Unfortunately this is not always available.
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Only if you do not have a current and valid Credit Card. For security purposes only.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
At the time of reservation.
Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?
Yes , enjoy your holiday and let US worry about your tickets. Specials available upon request and NO Credit Card Charges
Q: Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately no, we do not allow pets or animals on site.

We have a heated Pool and Spa, Gym and BBQ area.
Q: Is the pool heated?
Both the Pool and Spa are heated all year round.
Q: Is there Internet or WIFI access available?
Yes, FREE WIFI is availbale in all apartments. Streaming services are also available - guests can utilize their own individual streaming platform accounts.
Q: Is there car parking available?
Undercover secured parking is available FREE of charge.
Q: Is all linen provided?
Yes, all linen is provided - just bring your Beach Towel.
Q: How often are the rooms serviced?
Yes, every 7th Day.
Q: Do children stay for free?
Children under 2 Years stay FREE, Children over 2 years old are classed as 1 Person and attract a $25 per night fee.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
7 Eleven Store 24 Hours: 3 minute walk away on the cnr. of Fifth Ave and the Highway Coles Supermarket: Situated 4 Blocks up the GC Hwy, Just head north. An Easy 9 minute Walk Light Years Aisan Bar Diner: Located directly across the Gold Coast Hwy. Commune Cafe: 4 minute walk across the Gold Coast Hwy. The Don Pizzeria Bar: 4 minute walk across the Gold Coast Hwy. Margarita Cartel - Mexican Street Food Bar: 4 minute walk across the Gold Coast Hwy. Q: Is there public transport nearby?
Buses go right past the Resort heading North to Surfers Paradise and South to Tweed Heads. Bus stops are around the corner.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
Coles Supermarket is a 15 minute walk from our Resort (just 3 blocks North) and is open until late. Seven Eleven Corner Store is situated one corner North of us and trades 24 hours, 7 days. Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets are located at Stocklands Centre just 10 minutes drive away. James Street for Delicatessen, Butchery, Fresh Fruit, Vegetables, Fresh Seafood, Foodworks Supermarket.
